Title: Park County Public Library-Bailey Branch Managed Internal Broadband (MIBS)
Project Dates: Starting July 1, 2020 or upon receipt of affirmative Funding Decision Letter from USAC, whichever is later, with project completion by no later than June 30, 2021.

Description: Park County Public Library-Bailey Branch solicits bids for Managed Internal Broadband to include:
Wireless Access Points—sufficient number for the 5,554 sq. ft. building to facilitate optimal connection experience for users.
Wireless AP Management Platform—system that is capable of providing all public-access network users a splash screen containing acceptable use policy and consent to monitoring statement. This system must also monitor and report bandwidth usage per user with Blacklist by MAC capability. This system must monitor and report number of users connecting wirelessly on a daily basis.
Bailey Library is located at 350 Bulldogger Rd. in Bailey, Colorado 80421, County of Park.
Evaluation: The following factors serve as evaluation criteria:
1) General background of the firm including current service references with reference contact information in Park County. 2) Available project materials, resources and range of services including tech support. 3) Competitive pricing to comprehensively complete MIBS phase of project. 4) Proven ability to cooperate and collaborate with provider of Internal Connections phase of this project. 5) Ability to complete project by no later than 6/30/2021 understanding that the project is contingent upon the approval of funding from the Universal Service Fund’s School and Libraries Program, otherwise known as E-rate.
Submissions: Bids must be submitted by mail (Park County Public Libraries, PO Box 592, Fairplay, CO 80440) or electronically () by March 23, 2020, 5pm. Bids will be reviewed and IC vendor will be chosen by March 24, 2020.
