SUMMARY & COST

 

The Board of County Commissioners intend to solicit a contractor to complete an audit of existing Development Services fees, deposits and activities.  Contractor will audit existing fee structure and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiencies throughout the department.

BID PREPARATION

 

Interested parties should submit their bid by 10.28.2021 (12:00 a.m. MST) to Jeremy Steffen, Procurement Department, Phone 719-836-4278, or by mail to PO Box 1373, Fairplay, CO 80440.

 

Submittals should contain a cover letter, not exceeding two pages, and concise informative responses to each of the selection criteria listed below.   Additional information may be included as well. 

 

 

EVALUATION CRITERIA

 

The Commissioners will evaluate each bid, based on the following factors:  

 

 1. General background of bidding party.

 2. Experience with similar financial consulting contracts with references included.

 3. Estimated time frame of consulting lifecycle.

 

SELECTION PROCEDURE

 

Based on the information contained in the bid a review committee will determine which contractor best fits the needs of the County. The review committee will make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.

   

The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
