Why was a portion of the message delivered when I have a solicitation blocker on my telephone?

Residents that have a solicitation blocker on the phone will not receive the entire message.  The CodeRED™ system will assume the message for solicitation blockers are in fact your answering machine message, wait for the appropriate amount of time and deliver the message.
