Upon request from Mr. Marrouf, working with contractor Chris Waahmer, Alpine Custom Cabins, is proposing a structure that will be 34 feet above the ground level and is asking for clarification or relief from LUR § 7-601. I reviewed the above indicated lot for applicability of the Land Use Regulation § 7-601 Ridgeline Area Protection.

Commnet will be removing the existing 78-ft. wooden tower and replacing it with a 78-ft. metal monopole tower for the purpose of installing AT&T FirstNet antennas and equipment and providing space for other carriers' equipment in the future. Tower is located at 110 Rainbow Drive, Lake George.
