COMMON PLAT AMENDMENT CASE #23AMN-06

Property includes Park 80 West Lots 21, 22, and 23, a 19.75-acre parcel and a 1.29-acre parcel in T07 R72 S25, addressed as 1219 Hi Meadow Dr, Bailey.  The applicant is requesting a plat amendment to consolidate the Park 80 West lots with the two adjacent metes and bounds parcels to make a 25.84-acre lot to be known as Park 80 West New Lot 22.
