1. What are your recording fees?

Fees are $11 for the first page of the document and $5 for each additional page per document. There is a State Documentary fee of one cent per $100 of the selling price of property. There is a 25 cents per mine fee on deeds, Affidavits of Labor, and Location Certificates.

2. What are your copy and plat fees?

Copies from 1989 to present are 25 cents per page, microfiche copies prior to 1989 are $1.25 per page. Certified copies are $1 per document. Plat maps are $7.50 per page. If being mailed, there is also a fee for postage.

3. What kind of payment do you take?

Business and personal checks, money orders, and cash are acceptable forms of payment.
