Park County Colorado intends to contract with a vendor/construction company to construct and deploy a county designed fiber network connecting several government facilities in and around the Bailey-Shawnee area(s). The network’s purpose is to unify the county facilities into a single network with the potential for other government agencies to connect to and thought the network either directly or through the utilization of the fiber network and/or facilities.
Interested firms should submit seven (7) copies of their proposal, in a clearly labeled and sealed package, no later than 5:00 pm MST on August 10,2015, to the County Administration Building (ANNEX)

Based on the information contained in proposals, an interview committee will invite two or more firms into individual discussions to determine which firm could best meet the needs of the County. The interview committee will initiate the negotiate of a contract with the successful firm and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
The County reserves the right to contract with more than one firm if deemed appropriate. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. During the term of the contract, the County may seek proposals from other firms for specific projects when advisable or depending on the scope of work.
