    1. Using this online reporting allows you to submit a sheriff’s report immediately and print the initial copy of the report for free. Please confirm the following to determine if filing an online police report is right for you:

      • This reported incident is not an emergency situation. If this is an emergency - call 911.
      • This incident must have occurred within the jurisdictional boundaries of the unincorporated areas of Park County.
      • There are no suspects on scene, no immediate danger to persons or property.

      Using Online Reporting you can report the incidents listed below. This method allows you to file a non-emergency police report in cases where there is no immediate danger to persons or property. The following options are available for online crime reporting:
      • Lost or Missing Property
      • Theft, under $2,000 with (excluding firearms, explosives or motor vehicles)
      • Damaged Property
      • Vandalism to a Vehicle
      • Theft from a Vehicle
      • Supplemental Report of Stolen Property from a Burglary
      • Check Forgery
      • Identity Theft (see website information)
      • Illegal Use of A Credit Card of Debit Card
      • Fraud: games or scams
      • Shoplifting, gas theft reports with no suspect in custody (this reporting is for businesses only.)

      *Upon completion of this report process you will:
      • Be able to print a copy of the sheriff’s report to keep for your records.

      • All cases filed using Online Reporting will be reviewed.
      • Upon review, if further clarification or investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted by the Sheriff’s Office.
      • Under Colorado Revised Statutes, filing a false police report is a crime.
