COMMON PLAT AMENDMENT AND REZONING CASES #18AMN-02 and #18ZON-02 Property is Outlot E, Santa Maria Ranch Subdivision addressed as 497 Boyero Road, Jefferson. Applicant is requesting to amend the Santa Maria Ranch Subdivision plat to make Outlot E a buildable lot and to rezone it from Residential Estate (R-20) to Residential (R).
