Information for Uninsured / Insured Individuals

Several resources are available for uninsured individuals in Park County.

Please see the CHP+/Medicaid page on our website. If you do not qualify for these programs or other insurance please read the information below.

Rocky Mountain Rural Health works to provide health care access to uninsured individuals in Park County with its Community Medical Assistance Program. The Peak Vista Family Health Center at Divide also provides health care services for underserved individuals. To register for the program, call (719) 687-4460 between 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. More information about the clinic visit Peak Vista.

Additionally, the Park County Public Health Agency offers low-cost immunizations and pregnancy testing for uninsured individuals.

If you have health insurance, preventive care and immunizations are now fully covered at your primary care provider because of of the Affordable Care Act. Always check with your insurance carrier to verify coverage for services.
